Boutique B&B

B&B with hotel services. One night stay absolutely perfect: spacious room with very comfortable bed, very large bathroom. All tastefully decorated. Luca, the owner, very kind and very courteous. Breakfast varied and abundant with local products. All in a very quiet and peaceful setting.

Gem of a B&B

This lovely B&B is tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood about 20 min walk to the historic center (easier & free parking and quieter location). The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast had many delicious options, and Luca and his wife were wonderful, friendly hosts! We would absolutely return if ever in Modena again. Highly recommend.

Great stay in local neighborhood just out of town

We had a great time at B&B Piscane 61! The host was very welcoming and prepared us good breakfast with lots of bread, sweets, granola, fruits and coffee every morning! The communication was very easy and we got good recommendations for restaurants! The room was very clean and cozy! The place is in a very good location, a quiet residential area, with parking on the street and a little walk (20min) to town! We would definitely come back :)

Piacevole esperienza

Struttura a due passi dal centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi), tutta ristrutturata e arredata con grande cura. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, l'attenzione per i dettagli, la comodità del letto, la colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta ma soprattutto la cortesia del proprietario, una persona a modo, gentile e disponibile che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato

La pace

Struttura utilizzata come tappa intermedia per un viaggio perché vicina all’ autostrada. Zona molto silenziosa,stanze ampie e pulite, bagno enorme, letto comodissimo, colazione abbondante, proprietario accogliente e discreto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .
