Spent 2 nights here (1 before a trip to como and 1 after). It’s right next to the cathedral and loads of shops/restaurants/activities, so great for a base, and easy to get to from the airport.
The staff are very helpful. I’m a light sleeper and found the room at the front noisy so requested a room at the back on my 2nd stay, they very kindly obliged.
Single room was small but cosy and has everything you need!

Very close to the main attractions of Milan. Bed and pillow was good, rooms are small and quite tired. Repairs made to the sink for example were obviously a little dodgy, but it all worked fine. The biggest let down was the hot water and pressure situation. Originally, I was on the sixth floor, after a busy day went for a shower to be disappointed by essentially a watering can shower head pressure, additionally, given I was on the too floor the water for the shower took a long time to heat up, 10 minutes, the moment it got hot it switched back to being luke warm, after fiddling with the tap no hot water was coming out, so I had a cold shower at 9.30pm, after I went to reception and they changed my room to the first floor, but it was the same issue with the shower temperature and pressure (maybe a little warmer). Thankfully, it was hot in Milan so having a luke warm shower was fine. Strange that the sink tap water was very hot, as it should be, but the shower wasn’t. Breakfast was fine, croissants, some fruit, ham, cheese, yoghourt, tea and coffee made on request. Overall, an average experience mainly because of the water situation, but it was the cheapest in the area so, you get what you pay for.

Jimmy was our favorite at the desk at night. He even offered hot tea. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Location was steps off the Duomo piazza with trams stopping in front, metro station close and within walking distance to most points of interest, cafes and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fine. Room was very small, but I knew that going in. My room was down the hall from the elevator and had poor internet reception. Even though the hotel was on a very busy street, I was on the backside and couldn't hear any traffic with open windows.
