Everything is perfect; the view is unique in Manarola, the potion and view are fabulous! Very well-trained and very kind staff!

Some false advertising, although the room was certainly clean and the little coffee treat table was plentiful. No one at the desk 24/7, nor was there a desk at which to even check in. It was only 4pm and couldn’t get into the “hotel” (after scaling the town and tired out). Luckily another guest was leaving so we could get in, then found the building door code inside our room (which didn’t make sense bc how could we have got it before?) Felt like we were on our own the whole time and getting fresh towels was like pulling teeth. Left 2 days early not caring about eating the cost just had to get out of there While we were scrambling to figure out how to get in, a neighboring hotel staff says this happens a lot to people staying at this place. Yikes!
