Feeling of con, horror of rest
Before entering we had already read negative reviews from other guests, but we still wanted to give it a try. We were a new victim of the worst Booking experience I’ve ever had, just walking in the door, smelling damp and old. When the owner opened our room, it is a spacious room, with two beds, one in bad shape with the mattress sunk and the other an old mattress, there were cobwebs all over the corners of the room, with spiders, so I had to make sure to remove them for my 11⁄2-year-old baby. The house is located about 50-80 meters from a highway, which passing cars, trucks and motorcycles rumbled the houses, shaking the bad windows without mosquito nets. There were countless mosquitoes having my wife, son and I bites everywhere, we didn't sleep all night. It's been the worst place I've ever stayed to sleep, because it's been a horror with such a small baby unable to sleep. I think it should be reported earlier, that rest is not possible with those windows and the noise generated by the trucks as they pass. My son broke a lamp, which was communicated instantly to the owner, getting no answer from him or to provide us with a broom. You are asked about the price of it without getting an answer.
They charge you a deposit of €100, and apart if you want towels and sheets they also charge you. It comes detailed in small print in the reservation details so that is right there.
I am charged 6 € of municipal taxes, when (in Booking it comes in detail that they are 5 €) and apart from the sheets we decided to hire for 5 €, which makes a total of 11 €. When we check out, we ask him about the price of the lamp and he tells us that they do not know they have to look at it. To our surprise when the deposit is returned we are refunded 38 €, having been charged for a lamp that costs between 12 and 27 euros, a total of 51 €. I have sent you multiple web pages in which the same lamp ranges the price above I have named, being able to provide photos of them, as well as the broken lamp. You have responded in Booking to this message saying that if I behave like this in my house? A 1-year-old baby does not understand rules, so at no time have I refused to pay for the lamp, only you have charged me 51€ for a lamp that does not reach halfway. You also told me you bought the first one you've ever seen. Sorry? Provide the ticket for the lamp that my son has broken, which there are photos on both sides. I have plenty of time for justice to be done with the nightmare night we've had with noise and overcharging. A cordial greeting

Purtroppo l'esperienza più brutta della mia vita da viaggiatore.
Ho girato in molti ostelli più puliti, con letti più comodi con "odori" migliori pagando la metà.
Oltre il pagamento della camera chiedono una cauzione che precisano di restituire entro una settimana, purtroppo successivamente la cauzione viene restituita in parte, cercando ogni scusa e/o tranello per trattenere parte del denaro.
Da evitare assolutamente!

Sporco e male gestito.
Pessimo è dir poco, si entra in un ingresso dove vi è un'odore di risalita delle acque reflue, a disposizione in comune c'è il bagno che si presenta in condizioni più di pessime, sporco e molto datato, in camera stessa cosa regna la polvere ovunque e l'odore di chiuso misto a fogna è nauseante. Non ci tornerei per niente al mondo. Oggigiorno non pensavo esistesse una struttura ricettiva come questa. Da starci lontani assolutamente.

Siamo stati per lavoro solo per una notte! Stanza sporca e con un odore nauseante. Personale non maleducato… ma di più! Pagando poco, sicuramente ci si aspettava non un grande servizio e neanche una reggia… ma almeno un minimo di educazione…

cuidado en caso de ir
muy dificil su acceso, figura mal en la reserva. Al llegar te cobran un deposito,a pesar de alquilar una habitacion, que en la reserva no está. Aparece, al igual que la ubicación correcta, en un mail que llega escasas horas antes del check in, o sea no lo ves hasta que llegas. Es deposito lo obligan a hacer por tarjeta y se reembolsara entre 7 y 10 dias del check out. Por esto, no hice estos comentarios en booking, esperando el cierre del mes de la tarjeta. Al reclamar me contactan por whatsapp y me amenazan: o pago, o me voy y despues veo el reembolso de lo pagado, o llaman a la policia. Realmente vergonzoso.
