Cozy , spacious , clean apartments with air conditioning .
Friendly manager , helpful .
The perfect location, close to every comfort.
Common terrace equipped with everything for BBQ, breathtaking views.

Availability of the owner, proximity to the sea cozy and spacious environment make this b & b suitable for families and even groups of friends. Another positive note is the cleanliness of the rooms. To make the Service indisputable I recommend some small tricks in the bathroom (hang tablecloths for the shower some detergent and toothpaste).

Not suitable for young groups – disappointing experience
The house unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The structure is rather dated and not very suitable for groups of young people or young people on holiday: the environment is extremely quiet and at the slightest noise tension is immediately created, which makes it difficult to really relax or enjoy your stay in serenity.
Too bad, because with some modernization and a little more flexibility, it could have potential.

Grazie per la sua recensione, si confermiamo che non è adatto ai gruppi di giovani senza regole e rispetto come il vostro . La struttura ed il Comune di Lipari ha delle regole ben chiare, a partire dall'ora del silenzio, e certamente ad ogni minimo rumore alle 02:00 di notte, come fatto da voi, si crea tensione che si risolve in un danno alla mia clientela e non per voi.
Potrei citare i danni che avete causato a partire dalla brillante idea di cuocere il riso per poi metterlo nei cassetti o nei posti più disparati, solo per maleducazione e strafottenza delle cose altrui, ma mi fermo a questa vostra cattiveria.
Per il resto penso che a soli 17 anni avete viaggiato ben poco per apprezzare e capire il lavoro altrui.
Si confermo se nella vostra struttura arriva un gruppo come quello di Mattia guardatevi bene dall accettarlo !

Beautiful new house very cozy also for families and / or large groups in a great location near the port x embark and make the various excursions to the other islands owners super courteous and available thanks

That's great!

I stayed a week in September 2024 at Casa del Papiro in Lipari with a rather large trekking group and I appreciated the fantastic kindness and helpfulness of the owner. The property is new and cozy with excellent air conditioning, is located in a quiet and very quiet area but at the same time a 5-minute walk from the beach and several local including a supermarket, a pharmacy and an ATM.
A great holiday, well assisted by the owner who was able to give us very useful advice of all kinds, such as where to eat and also took care of reservations. Upon learning that I was going to be a birthday girl, she even took care to let me find a very welcome thought on the door of the apartment.
In short, an exceptional holiday, in a high quality structure and a owner who did everything (succeeding great) to make it unforgettable. Only regret not being able to enjoy a dinner on the terrace because of the bizarre weather but it will be for next time, thank you dear Denise!
