Interesting location, transparency needs improvement

Excellent location, immediately close to the center of Lecce.
Spacious and decorous room.
The transparency of communication on services needs to be improved.
The breakfast served at the bar and the functioning of the heating cannot be indicated once the reservation has been made or upon request.

Vacanza

Come ho già scritto anche tra le recensioni Google (che consiglio di leggere a coloro che vogliono avere un feedback oggettivo e vero) la struttura si presenta in buone condizioni e la posizione è ottima. Ma il mio soggiorno è stato in linea generale negativo per la mancanza di cordialità e buona educazione da parte della proprietaria. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto aspettare 40 Min per fare il check-in, nonostante avessimo avvertito mezz'ora prima del nostro arrivo. Tuttavia su questo avevamo deciso di sorvolare data comunque l'alta stagione ( la signora è proprietaria di altri b&b dislocati sul territorio pugliese) e la cordialità della figlia. Il giorno successivo veniamo contattate via whatsapp per essere riprese sul fatto di aver lasciato il condizionatore acceso. Ci scusiamo per la dimenticanza ma in seguito incuriosite dal motivo del suo ingresso in camera le chiediamo se fosse previsto il cambio biancheria. Inutile dire che anche a questo nostro messaggio la signora non ci ha degnato di risposta. L'ultima sera rientriamo in camera da una breve uscita in centro e troviamo che misteriosamente il telecomando del condizionatore (ormai spento) è scomparso. Chiamiamo la signora per farcene recapitare un altro, dati i disturbi asmatici di mia madre e il caldo eccessivo della stanza ma in cambio ci viene riattaccato il telefono in faccia. Ce ne siamo andate la mattina successiva schifate da tale comportamento dopo una nottata insonne senza nemmeno usufruire della prevista misera colazione.
Se il condizionatore non deve essere usato dagli ospiti allora consiglio alla Proprietaria di non menzionare tale servizio tra quelli offerti dalla struttura, perché altrimenti si tratta di una vera presa in giro dei clienti nonché di un inadempimento contrattuale.
