Fantastic!
I chose this property to spend the holidays with my family and I would choose it again a thousand times!
The owners are very kind and helpful, to welcome us we found Cristiano who made us feel immediately welcome and showed himself available for the duration of our stay.
The structure is really beautiful, attention to detail, the room is clean and spacious, the pool is large and clean and at our disposal with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The hearty and varied breakfast and the great location because very close to the center of Lecce but in a strategic point to enjoy some peace away from the chaos.
We will definitely be back!

The most disgusting service we’ve received. This place is a prison, run by the owner’s rude son! Avoid at all costs.
Avoid this place at all costs. Everything was horrible from the moment we arrived. Cristiano, the owner’s son, was hassling us via WhatsApp about what time we would arrive. Even after we confirmed our arrival time, he called us three times half an hour before our confirmed arrival time and messaged us asking where we were. Once we arrived, Cristiano quickly asked for payment and couldn’t wait to get out of there. We had to ask him where everything was. The rooms are nice but that’s about all. The B&B is in the middle of nowhere (listing says 2km from Lecce but it’s further), we’re lucky we had a car to get around. Room keys are padlocked to a flimsy keycard, which must be entered for electricity in the room. Coming into the room late at night is difficult when you need the keycard inserted for the lights to lock the door with the key. Our second night, the keys accidentally broke off the keycard during our stay, which we were going to show Cristiano the following morning at breakfast, but he immediately messaged us late in the evening accusing us of “purposely breaking the card” and demanded €50 to replace it. Also, our relatives had driven from Torino (15 hour drive) to see us in Lecce, and their 11-year-old granddaughter needed to go to the bathroom but Cristiano didn’t allow them into the building for her to go to the toilet. We also asked if we could pay for a coffee for them (breakfast was open at the time they arrived and we were happy to pay whatever the cost was), and Cristiano said no. Dimora Oru is a prison, run by the rudest people we’ve ever met in our entire time in Italy. Breakfast is disgusting and inedible, the pastries were growing MOULD and had ants on them. When I showed Cristiano, he said it was cheese… The worst stay we’ve had in our entire trip. Disgusting service for €300 per night. Do NOT stay here!!!

Fantastic place
Beautiful place not far from the center, but quiet and without chaos.
Cristiano welcomed us with kindness and cared about us always, throughout the holiday. The breakfast was fantastic prepared daily and attention to detail. The structure has been carefully restored. Highly recommended

My family and I had the pleasure of spending the weekend in this oasis of pleasure.
Unique experience, as well as the welcome by Cristiano, director of this beautiful structure, a very kind person ready to respond to our every need.

Nice places, but with too many constraints
Eccentric from the center of Lecce a nice place in the middle of nowhere with a beautiful pool in the garden but unfortunately a lot of constraints with 37° in the shade. The pool closes at 6am. If you leave the room you have to remove the card and it cuts off the air conditioning, we wanted ice cubes for fresh wood, and we had to pick them up at the supermarket it’s a shame to spoil so beautiful place talks bad Service breakfast with supermarket juice was not very good!
