Excellent location and staff
I traveled to Lecce at the beginning of October. I was there for work and needed central location, nice bedroom and good vibes!
I booked this B & B for 4 days and expected a basic place considering the price. But, once there I discovered a lovely bedroom and a great location!
The staff welcomed me as I was an old friend and explained me everything about the city attractions, events and the structure itself.
It was a veeery veeerry cool experience, I absolutely recommend for all those people who are looking for the perfect place at low price!

Dirty and poor rooms that smell bad and very poor. I can't find anything good to say.
The room multi evil smells multi ugly mold ancient plants curtains multi noise and general disappointment

Terrible.
Bad experience we escaped after a few hours the apartment of 65 square meters is damp even the mattress is wet. Don't be fooled by the 65sqm practically it's all windowless with a door on the ground floor that goes on the street, it's terrible all this.

Room with musty smell and very damp, noisy being on the street (this had not been specified) and different from what is proposed. The air conditioner to remove moisture does not work. There are no shutters so always light comes in (the darkening te de are not enough). The front door is glass covered with a curtain but this does not allow much privacy
In the bathroom there is a small window overlooking the courtyard, it would be advisable to put a fan and I would review the layout of the bathroom...

Air BnB Apartment
Our apartment (no 4) although booked through Air BnB was managed by this B & B team. Great location in a little square with 4 cafes/restaurants and easy walking distance around the lovely old town of Lecce. We got a taxi from station to apt (15euros). Whilst here found out It’s about 20 mins walk through the old town, one of the Receptionists met us and checked us in. Ground floor apartment in an old building - living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with king double bed. Efficient aircon unit in bedroom and tower fan you can move around. Large courtyard with table and canopy. Perfectly comfortable but old fashioned. Although clean could do with a freshen up - fridge not cold enough for food (only used for drinks) nor could we get washing machine to work and a deep clean wouldn’t go amiss (dust behind light shades/rads, aircon unit a bit musty). Main problem is bath - there is only a hand held shower - suggest needs ripping out and replacing with a large walk in shower. Rest of bathroom is ok. Reception lent us beach towels. Main plus is the great location. Lecce a lovely place - we stayed 4 nights and hired a car for 48 hours. 1 day to Otranto and beach, 1 day to Gallipoli and Nardo - 1/2 an hour to each.
