Chilled out place

a nice chilled out place to stay at. Friendly staff, economic and a with great quality of services!

Adventure holiday

This is a very nice B&B...breakfast was lovely and our room was in the front but not terribly noisy when windows are closed. The room itself was nice and spacious and the apartment was lovely, decorated with the traveller in mind. The owner is a lovely lady, very friendly and so helpful as this was our first time in Genoa. I took her advice and caught the train down to the " Cinque Terre" towns and so happy I did. What a great day I had....picture perfect town and a refreshing swim in the Med. I was just a little disappointed I couldn't walk the towns...not the proper footwear and a little too hot.
B&B close to the train station and easy walk into town...a very enjoyable stay

Location location location

If you travel by car and wanted to stay near the old town, it is a good alternative (easy free parking) The rooms are nice, no AC but a ceiling fan which was enough for us, if you have the chance to stay in a room in the back, it is better. At the street front, it may be noisy, even with the double glazed window closed. The cleanliness of the bathroom must be improved...besides that, the owner is very nice and helpful. Good value for money.

Excellent place

Both landladies were extremely nice to us - a group of ramblers coming from the See Alps. We enjoyed the stay in Genua and relaxed in the friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped and all rooms are very large. The city centre is just a short walk away or can be reached by underground.

Cosy and close to the station

A cosy and clean B&B close to the harbor walk. Finding it at 10:30 pm in the rain was a bit tricky, but look out for a biggish sign in the lush lawn opposite to the apartment! The room was clean and spacious. The bathrooms were also spacious, clean and there was no problem with hot water. A slight problem if your neighbor turns up his TV, as the walls are not sound proof. The breakfast was yogurt, cereal, toast and plastic wrapped cakes and breads, which we are not too partial to! We were on the first floor, so no great problem with the luggage. We have also learnt to travel light! If we returned to Genoa we would stay here again.
