Perfect Stay

The whole flat is very nice furnished with a roof terrace and you feel at home at the first time with two lovely hosts. The Bed was so comfy with a smooth sheet and blanket that i now ordered them for me at home. A rich breakfast with fresh fruits, porridge, selfmade jam, yoghurt etc. and all organic and bio.
We will come back!

Health Hazard - Contracted West Nile Virus

My wife and I arrived in the room assigned to us in this 2-bed apartment, located on a major tourist through-fare, and immediately started getting aggressive mosquito bites. We closed the windows to try and stop any more from getting in, but then realized they were coming / going from the hollow space under the pallets holding up the mattress. Within a few minutes we had been bit a dozen times, with severe inflammation, and had to abandon our plans to stay there. The host has remained incredulous towards the situation. We ended up with high fevers, and diagnosed the following day with West Nile fever. West Nile virus is circulating in this area, and precautions are not being taken by the host to keep a safe environment for guests. We have been told our recovery is likely to take weeks. This disconcerting experience with Four Roots has had severe consequences for our work, and for our health.
