Great location, friendly staff and the restaurant at the end of the garden was fab with 10% discount. The smoked samon salad was amazing. we would visit again. The view was amazing

This felt like a bit of a hidden gem ! Beautiful, grand waterfront mansion on the doorstep if the Lake. Garda was a bit less traditional than the other towns but worth it for this place as a base to relax and then check out the rest of the lake. Slightly dated and run down but had everything we needed.

Privileged location but the structure is to be cared for more

The highlight of this hotel is the location as it is located right on the promenade along Lake Garda. We stayed in the suite with balcony on the first floor and the view was nothing short of lovely although the room had some flaws (vines in the parquet, old windows). In general, the whole structure would need more maintenance and the park could be better cared for (lawn not cut in some areas, clearly visible garbage cans, outdoor whirlpool not working and Covered with a towel full of dried leaves, on some pool tiles you could see a light stripe moss green color ..).
Very nice and well-kept instead the newly built bistro located on the promenade.
Breakfast in the norm but horrible the cappuccino of the machine .. in a four star I would expect a cappuccino made by the bar.
Ultimately I recommend the property if you want to enjoy the view and the privileged location in which it is located.
The rest should be cared for and enhanced much more.

Avoid it or expect an old hotel with few redeemable qualities

A pretty disappointing experience overall. The property is very old and very n urgent need of renovation and repairs. Eg. Hot tub outside doesn’t work, ac was out of order, etc. The pictures they use to advertise are not reflective of the current state of the property. The staff are not very friendly and border on rude. We had dinner there and I am pretty sure the dessert was spoiled.
