Relaxing sea view, a refuge that regenerates the soul
– I returned for the second time to this B&B and I can say with certainty that it is a pleasure to return every time.
– The structure is exactly as described: true photos, well-kept, welcoming and conveniently located.
– Perfect for those seeking relaxation and freedom, thanks to the rooms with breathtaking sea views, which offer a unique awakening and a rare peace to find.
– The cleanliness is impeccable, everything always perfect and fragrant.
– Breakfast is varied and plentiful, with sweet and savory products, and everything is left with care in the self-service kitchen, so everyone can manage themselves but without missing anything.
– Great credit goes to Stefano and his daughters, always very kind, attentive and helpful.
Their presence is discreet but constant: they are not physically present in the building, but you feel that they are there, because every detail is thought out and taken care of carefully.
Just a message or a call to receive immediate support, and you are always welcomed with courtesy and availability.
– In summary: a B&B where you can breathe tranquility, with a postcard sea view, cleanliness and attention to the guest, without ever being intrusive.
A place where you return willingly... and in fact I have already returned!
It is also Pet-friendly but not in a dutiful sense of the word , they are really lovers of our 4-legged :-)

A wonderful discovery
We discovered this beautiful b&b through friends. Upon arrival we were greeted by the kindness and sympathy of Stefano and his wife, who gave us so much advice and made themselves immediately available.
The rooms are beautiful, equipped with every comfort, spacious, with a beautiful terrace equipped with table chairs umbrella and sun loungers from which you can see the sea. On the terrace there is a very comfortable hot and cold outdoor shower.
Breakfast is plentiful and you can enjoy it in the dining room or outside on your terrace.
Stefano provides a kitchen with every accessory (oven, oven, fridge, bread toast, coffee machine) that you can use at any time.
Cleanliness and 'top, Mrs. Luisa and' super precise and kind. They changed all the towels the day after we arrived.
The location and 'fabulous .. there is' a minimarket under the structure, parking for the car, is 150 MT from the pine forest / beach / restaurants and bars and 8 minutes walk (2 by car) from the main square of Formia. What about... A wonderful break!

Nice experience
We stayed in Formia in your bedandbrek very cozy, a nice bathroom and a cozy room with a nice balcony stocked with deckchairs table and chairs, with beautiful sea view, as well as x breakfast well stocked with everything both salty and sweet foods, with Mrs. Luisa cleaning very courteous, and welcoming as well as the owner Mr. Stefano in short everything perfect, definitely when we return to those parts, I will return in search of the blue line where we were very well thank you for everything Daniela and Claudio san gimignano

SUPER RECOMMENDED, PERFECT LOCATION TO DO ANYTHING
We stayed at this B%B with my girlfriend 6 nights, we really enjoyed everything, the super cute and very well maintained rooms as well as the bathroom, we also had the very large terrace. STRENGTH and the perfect location to do anything, below the B & B ce in small market that is well stocked and immediately after there is the tobacconist to get tickets for the bus, where the stop is practically 20 meters, and then 100 meters you are immediately on the main street where it is full of pizzeria bars and various shops, and not even 5 minutes walk from the beach. So for us who were walking it was perfect. Super nice then the owners who have always made themselves inclined to help us with anything. WE RECOMMEND IT TO ALL!!

Beautiful B&B
I stayed three days and two nights in this beautiful property.
The photos on the site faithfully reflect what you will find, perfectly cared for and clean.
Stefano the owner is a cheerful and helpful person, attentive in recommending itineraries, where to eat etc.
Furthermore, for those who have intolerances like me, just point it out and the breakfast will be personalized.
The location is central, it is located inside a condominium seven hundred meters from the sea and three hundred meters from the center of Formia.
We had a modern, well-finished room, with a large, clean and functional bathroom.
We also really appreciated the private terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and two solarium beds, making a beautiful romantic fish-based dinner.
I highly recommend it.
