Mid-August

Clean room all beautiful
And with all the comforts, the owners to say they are very good is to say the least, great professionals.
Stunning view is the rooms also have a very useful in-room fridge, coffee maker and even kettle to make herbal teas and with everything you need.
B&b recommended I will be back.

Good for one night.

Pros: location / parking .... Even though on the street / spacious room / comfortable bedding / decent wifi / nice decor.
Breakfast outside in a nice spot.
Cleanliness is okay.
Cons: no wardrobe, no closet / very dark bathroom, minimal lighting / impossible to adjust temperature / uneven flooring / breakfast is taken outside: about 200 meters away in a really nice spot / not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

SEE YOU AGAIN...!!!

Terrifying experience to say the least since arrival. The parking that they say there is not there, you have to arrange the car in front of the entrance door (the only place) but it was occupied by the van of the owner who has not thought the slightest of moving it, so I found myself forced to an emergency solution, no parking and moreover in the ZTL area, as the B & B is located inside the same. As soon as I arrived, staying in Sondrio for business reasons, I immediately hand over to the person who comes to open (the owner's collaborator) the data for the invoice header that I need after which I take possession of the room. Tragic night, room with 16 degrees temperature and no hot water. In the morning I notify the owner who finds fault and boiler in block. But it doesn't end here: after breakfast, at the time of paying, I ask for the invoice and I am answered by the owner who does not issue an invoice, but only a NON-tax receipt that can become one if I add a € 2 stamp (of course his collaborator, the previous day, had been careful not to tell me, if I had known I would have left immediately).
Both me and the colleague who was with me ask to pay by card but there is no POS, we are sent a link but both our cards are blocked the transaction several times until we leave and we are forced to make a transfer when we return home (from our staff as the company needs an invoice and does not authorize a payment of this kind). I forgot: given the countless inefficiencies had, the owner did not even bother to make a small gesture of attention on the rate of € 90.00 initially agreed.

Very bad experience

The weather was bad and there was no heating, no TV, but a small PC, even the bathroom was cold like the breakfast room without a buffet and with uncomfortable and absurd seats. I received rude responses to complaints, given that he said he didn't have the POS with the arrogant demand of cash payment without immediate receipt, we still paid by card via mobile phone, I have never had such an unpleasant experience

Comfortable but unusual.

A spacious and comfortable room in an old town house. Well situated for the station and town centre. The decor is self consciously "modern" and doesn't neccessarily work well. a complicated electronic swipe to open the front door to leave could be challenging. Good generous breakfast.
