An oasis of peace and beauty in the wonderful city of Florence.

We stayed in this wonderful setting. The studio apartment they prepared for us was arranged with the utmost care for comfort and the efficient use of space. Peace reigned supreme, and sleep was deep and restorative. The parking was convenient and spacious. The tram is 10 minutes from the villa. We will gladly return!!

Hotel that is not a hotel

Reserved as a hotel. There is no daily cleaning of the room, no change of towels or replacement of toilet paper. Stayed 4 nights. I didn't see any employees. At the reception, always CHIUSA.

Surrounded by greenery in the city

For a quick stop at Villa Aruch the property is surrounded by a large green space. Quiet although in town and with all useful amenities. Discretion and professionalism. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At this point the stay was too short, but we hope to make up for it.

Housing #5 to be upgraded

Come on holiday to Italy to discover an unknown country. We booked at Villa Aruch for 2 nights on 23 and 24 August 2025. We were housed in the n°5 accommodation, very well restored, typical accommodation but a big disappointment on the general cleanliness of the accommodation as well as the defective and dirty bedding: bed base of the sofa deteriorated bed (my teenagers slept very badly), pillows and mattresses stained (no stool), limestone sink, lots of mold on the earthenware of the shower, poor general condition of the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling.
I forgot to take pictures hoping that my comment will be enough for your next travelers.

Exceptional stay and dog friendly

My stay at Villa Aruch was exceptional! The apartment was very spacious, clean, equipped with all amenities. The garden is an oasis of peace, to relax while remaining a stone's throw from the center, which is easily accessible by tram. Staff always courteous, helpful and professional. A plus was the warm Welcoming given to my little dogs. Villa Aruch is the perfect place for everyone! I highly recommend and will definitely return.
