Staff was very friendly and efficient! The apartment is a few minutes away from a tram station and a bus stop. It was very easy to get around the town.

AVOID APARTMENT N° 903

Mediocre studio located on the mezzanine: no view, a window covered with plastic film to block the view. Impossible to open the window, no view of the sky, not even its color! Broken blinds; Depressing setting. And when I share my impression at the reception, no one understands me (but everyone gets where I am coming from)! 5 hellish nights with the infernal noise of traffic from the avenue right next door and the party across the street. Definitely not to be recommended.

Where do I begin, the staff is rude and only speaks Spanish. They do not provide a number to call the front desk. Reception closed the desk early today at 6pm (they are supposed to be on until 8). Two gentlemen were waiting outside because they couldn't get in to check on. I personally had to let them in and call the emergency number repeatedly to get someone to the desk to check them in.
Which isn't my job, I'm a guest.
In regards to the room, they are outdated.
When you take a shower the entire floor gets wet. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Staff is very lazy

So the apartment was outstanding for the money, spacious, clean, comfy, great layout and facilities.
HOWEVER breakfast was a total farce! You get a voucher to take to a local bakery that doesn’t speak a word of English and you have an awful selection of pastry options. Bakery is a block away. Worst thing was the final two days they refused to give us our breakfast via our vouchers and ruined the experience. Point blank refused for no reason we could understand. Really odd.
Would definitely use Popartment again but never pay for the breakfast option

We took a 1 bedroom apartment got a terrace apartment, which was very spacious clean and just amazing. Our kid had his own seperate room we had 1 to ourselves which was completely unexpected. Very safe and absolutely clean. Will definitely stay again. Spent 2 nights.
