Superb

The hotel is easy access and close to everything, cleanliness is 5/5, staff are very professional and accommodating, would always use this hotel whenever i’m in florence. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel

Hotel in an excellent location near to Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance of all landmarks. Our room was on the 4th floor with not much of a view but I expected that in a city hotel. It wasn't the biggest room but the bed was very comfortable and lovely cool bedding. I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than over the bath but otherwise the bathroom was OK. The hotel throughout is spotlessly clean, the housekeeping and maintenance team obviously work hard. There is a good choice for breakfast and the waiters are friendly. The only negative is our noisy foul mouthed American neighbours on our first night luckily they checked out the following day so we didn't have to move rooms.

Great location, friendly place

Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was large and although a little dated it was very clean.
The staff were all friendly, especially in the breakfast room where the service and choice was great.
The bed was large and comfy and there was air con which we appreciated in the heat!
We had 3 nights here and it was perfect for our city break.

A jewel box in a jewelry store

My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this hotel in early May 2026. The staff at the reception, bar, and breakfast room are exceptionally kind and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with all the necessary accommodations. We enjoyed a magnificent view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Housekeeping is done every day. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to do everything on foot.
I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and if I return to Florence, that is where I will go...

Flight was very delayed, arrival at night, staff were helpful with booking a car to the hotel. Worth the extra cost and we saw a few sights by night
Hotel was excellent - room was great - super location - plentiful breakfast.
We really enjoyed river/people watching.
Tried the terrace but it was too hot to stay out long.
Once in the city we took a taxi back to the airport.
