Nice room, nice staff, excellent location with only 5 minutes walk to trainstation, hoponhopoff-bus, 10 minutes to Duomo, many good, nice and cheap restaurants within 100 meter, flea market in the weekend at square just around the corner.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The private room with separate, private bathroom were clean. Good value for location. I would stay again.

Depending on your budget and options, Eden is a reasonable place to stay on a budget.
There were a few things we noticed during our stay which could have been better, hence the slightly lower ratings, but all of these were nice-to-have only.
The AC didn't cool very quickly, and some of the floor tiles seemed to have a heat source underneath. Combined with needing to be in the room while having any electricity on was not ideal. We had to keep the AC on all night after 30°C days.
The road outside was also a little grubby, which had to be walked through to get to any of the touristy parts of town (San Lorenzo). Much better once you got a few streets over (south & east).
On the plus side, the memory foam mattress cover was a lovely addition, and the shower was great if a little small - the shower also goes much colder than the sink tap!
The hotel was also in good walking distance to any touristy part of town we needed.
