Nice Location and cute hotel

The hotel was very cute and nice. Small hotel situated on the 1st floor of a residential building. The location is very good closer to everything.
If one has heavy bags then one has to carry it by stairs as no elevator. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Good, but I would not come back

The hotel is a kind of a large apartment in a residential building with several rooms, breakfast is at shared table. Administration staff very welcoming, welcoming, comfortable room, even being small and our was like it was a loft. Overall, it was good, but it is not the style of hotel that I like because there is no 24-hour service if any event occurs.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Sylvia was delightful along with the rest of the staff. They did everything they could to make us comfortable.

An unforgettable holiday in Florence

We stayed 3 days at this hotel and had a great time. The room very spacious, bright and always spotless. Breakfast very good and rich. Hotel close to the historic center that can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. All the staff very kind and ready to give advice and suggestions to visit the city, in particular Mrs. Silvia was very kind to give us all kinds of information.
