Location is perfect (2 mins from the station) and accessible to all main attractions with the walking distance . Great hospitality from the staff. The room condition and size are good, we will definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay in Florence. Just across from the station (so risk of noise but we found it fine), very helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant recommendations, we had a free upgrade, comfortable bed and food bathroom. Highly recommended.

Every aspect of the hotel was wonderful- we chose this hotel for its location which was great - walked everywhere with ease. But the room was wonderful, clean, stylish and above all comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
Whether organising a wine glass or printing a ticket nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you loved our stay.

Hotel's location was perfect, just across the street from train station and walking distance to everywhere. Only downside that at night area looks kind of shady but my wife and 2 sons still felt safe. Overall great value...

The room was so nice! We booked a suite, The stuff was excellent! But! The bed was awful! My back hurt the whole time I was there, I felt like I slept on a lumpy rock, and when the uber dropped us off, he said oh pls because this side of the street isn’t safe! We never had any problems during the day. But every single night we could hear homeless people flighting and screaming outside our window never got a good night rest. Also we didn’t have a kitchen we had a little refrigerator an coffee pot. Probably wouldn’t never stay here again
