Step before the boat

We stopped before taking the boat to Greece. Very responsive SMS.Very clean place. Car safe. Kindness. The town of Faenza is nearby for evening meal. Place to advise.

Very nice Villa with park

The entrance is regal by gate and avenue, with a large lawn on the sides. The reception room is huge, there is also a nice grand piano, with a very high ceiling with dark wooden beams. She welcomes Francesca with a lot of sympathy, smile and available to have a chat. Room with modern furnishings, double bed, two soft pillows and comfortable mattress. Bathroom with many toiletries, creams, gels, miscellar water, etc. Good hygiene. Sweet or savoury breakfast essential. Ecological.

Historic villa surrounded by greenery

We stayed with a group of friends for a couple of nights. Delightful host, spectacular historic villa immersed in the Romagna countryside, modern and well-kept rooms, highly recommended for anyone staying nearby. (To visit in the area, Palazzo Milzetti, ceramic museums & Brisighella)

Nice location and comfortable room

An excellent choice, large, clean and comfortable room located in a beautiful recently restored villa. The property has three rooms all on the ground floor, overlooking the beautiful garden, all well cared for. The breakfast is good, there is no buffet but it is more than enough.

Tranquility in the countryside

a renovated historic home, you immediately feel at home; Thanks above all to the owner, who is very nice and welcoming.
Our room had frescoes on the ceiling and also one on the wall created during the Second World War, simple and minimal furnishings but there is everything you need.
However, the location is strategic, there is nothing special in the immediate vicinity but it is halfway between Forlì and Faenza.
Objectively it would be a four-star place, well-kept but certainly not equal to a five-star, but the spirit of the owner is to be rewarded more than anything.
