Set in an elegant 19th-century building with a fascinating Art Nouveau hall, Hotel Vittoria is located in the historic centre of Faenza. The rooms are unique and offer free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Sky channels.

What a lovely dinner!
Of course, this applies to their restaurant, not the hotel;
For a couple of months, Chef Irvin Zannoni has been managing the kitchen at Ristorante Vittoria in Faenza, which is also accessible to outsiders and not just for hotel guests; his reputation precedes him, and the establishments he has guided in the kitchen have all become reference points for seafood cuisine, at least in the province of Ravenna... and beyond;
The rooms are beautiful; my favorite is the last one, practically in the garden but closed (I recommend it)... pleasant table setting and equally good service; but the best comes with the courses, for 2 appetizers (carpaccio and cod) and 2 first courses (tagliolini with shrimp and bottarga and tortelloni filled with shellfish; 4 excellent dishes; + 1 dessert!
The wine list is extensive and has a certain "selection," so not the usual labels; for us, a bottle of Monzio Compagnoni and prices with reasonable markups;
Good bread and breadsticks;
Price? €145 discounted to €140... for one of the best seafood dinners of my life/our lives;
P.S. The carpaccio of the catch of the day !!
I could mention 2 or 3 restaurants in Emilia Romagna that achieve the same level where they make raw seafood a philosophy of cooking;

Wonderful experience in a difficult moment. My mother's surgery in Faenza and impeccable staff.
I feel compelled to write a review that gives the Vittoria hotel added value.
Being in a place for my mother's delicate surgery at San Damiano Hospital, where each day has an emotional impact, and feeling at home is not taken for granted. Perfect staff, empathetic, clean and welcoming rooms. The historicity of the Hotel features Liberty-style decor perfectly blended with the more modern and design-oriented choices of the internal restaurant. Excellent selection of fish-based dishes, showcasing personality and excellence in raw materials, including wines.
A surprise, where you are left with the desire to return to relive this beautiful experience.
The only downside is the taxis on Sundays, but that does not depend on the establishment.

Fascinating
a hotel that seems to have come out of another time, fairytale-like. A real museum of ceramics. A pity only for the rudeness of the lady at breakfast who completely clashes with the grace and kindness of all the rest of the staff. Very central location and excellent breakfast.

Not all that glitters is gold!!!!!
I stayed at this hotel in December, in an iconic location in the historic center and a fantastic interior.
Too bad that at check-in, I was not explained anything, especially how the heat pump air conditioner worked, since it was 2 degrees outside.
In the bathroom there was a great radiator and in the room the heat pump.
At 3 am I called reception because I woke up from the cold, and not being a Daikin technician, and there being a remote control different from the one in my house, I did not know how to operate the climate on the heat.
The receptionist's response was "I don't know."
Result: I paid a lot of money to spend a night on the ice.
Despite being a 4 star, so I expect a treatment of a certain kind, it seems to me the least anyway that the room as soon as I arrive to stay is at temperature, not 12 degrees!!
For work I travel a lot of hotels, but such a poor service I have never found.
Although the hotel is beautiful, with fantastic ceilings and magnificent pieces of ceramics, I recommend the owner to review, select and train the staff better!!!
