I ran away!

The building in which the structure is located is in itself beautiful, the B & B has been converted from a large apartment on the 3rd floor. Too bad that the room (I was given the blue) was horrible: the door did not close well, the room was dismal, in the bathroom there was not even a change of toilet paper, the remnant of previous guests had been left ... really terrible, so much so that I called the manager of another structure that fortunately found a place for me and I left leaving the keys at the entrance without having touched anything. A bad experience.

It would take little to improve...

Structure in the center, room firm to the last century, which would take very little to improve... A kitchen without colander, window without a door, a broken tap, cleanliness definitely to be reviewed. An extra point for the courtesy of the owners. Remember to notify your arrival 15 minutes in advance, the owners do not live in the structure and thus avoid having to wait at the door.

bad situation

Apparently kind, during the night a gentleman of little taste tried to enter the room and the lady of the B & B after contacting her already knew about the situation. Bad cleaning, dirty sheets, all for a meaningless amount

Fabriano delicious. Rich in history. Excellent park nearby for those traveling with their dog

Central, on the third floor with lift, poor reception in the room, poor breakfast at the bar. For those who drink a cup of tea, also include some coffee. Wifi without password instructions. Building under renovation. Improved

At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property).
