Overall satisfactory experience

We traveled with the family and took two bedrooms. The hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming and courteous. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the city center and numerous restaurants. Furthermore, its location offers ideal accessibility to the "Frasassi Caves," which are located about a 20-minute drive away. The rooms, although modest in design, were exceptionally clean and equipped with air conditioning, which proved to be particularly welcome. All the rooms had all the essential accessories. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options available. From the point of view of the price paid, we found the overall experience extremely satisfactory.

Central but....

Property convenient to the city center and the Frasassi caves. Kind staff. Dated decor. Good air conditioning. Breakfast could be improved. Honestly, for me, the room was really not very clean. There were 4 of us, and we booked a room with two separate bedrooms that also included a kitchenette. The bathroom was really not very clean, just like the kitchen. The mattress of one bed was actually two stacked on top of each other that slid apart during the night and were very uncomfortable. I am sorry to write this review because I know the work that goes into managing a property, but honestly, this time I was a bit stunned. The price is good, though. I am attaching photos

A hotel that is neither bad nor particularly good.
Breakfast was almost exclusively sweet, for everyone, and they had run out of the only savory gluten-free item (the rusks) and no one had noticed. The waitress was very kind and apologized profusely.
The products available were good.
The fruit was poorly presented and unappealing.
The cappuccino is excellent because there is no machine, but for coffee, you always have to ask.
In short: an Italian-style bar breakfast, good, but it is not what I prefer.
The shower came off its hinges as soon as I touched it; it needs maintenance as soon as possible.
Otherwise, the room is decent in size and has a good air conditioner; we slept well.
10 minutes on foot from the center where you can find good restaurants (we ate good meat at Mariani's)

From the second floor up!

Hotel near the center of Fabriano. We stayed for two nights during the scooter rally. Unfortunately, we had a room on the first floor, which corresponds to a kind of basement for the hotel, which is why I only gave the structure 3 stars. I believe that the rooms on the upper floors are better. This one is a bit dark and damp. Plus, the breakfast. Simple but with good products. Excellent value for the price paid.

Hotel in good location

Hotel is located in a good position for those who want to visit Fabriano and its surroundings, also equipped with a good private parking that is not insignificant. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. If we want to find something to improve, definitely breakfast, and more presence at reception. At certain times of the day it is uncovered, anyone can enter. Overall good.
