Accoglienza e professionalità regnano nella struttura! Personale molto disponibile, servizi eccellenti e la posizione del B&B è perfetta per poter visitare i principali luoghi di attrazione! All’arrivo la struttura si è presentata esattamente come in foto: elegante, moderna, PULITA ed estremamente accogliente. Nella camera non mancava nulla ed è risultata sin da subito estremamente confortevole. Insomma, siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e sicuramente ritorneremo. Ottima colazione.

Cancelled my booking 5 hours before arrival with no explanation - very stressful. I would never trust them again.

The hotel cancelled our booking just hours before we arrived with no explanation apart from a vague "due to circumstances" excuse. They only sent a text which we didnt see for a further 2 hours leaving four of us homeless in Ercolano. The least they could have done was call us to ensure we got the message as soon as possible but even of they had, cancelling less than 5 hours before arrival is awful. There was no effort to try and help us find alternate accomodation. Truly awful service. Not acceptable.

A wonderful host.

Thank you Roberta for being truly lovely,accommodating and gracious. Your rooms are very clean and well appointed. Your city of ruins is very special and I hope that they continue to find more and more of the ancient city.

Stupita

Sono rimasta molto stupita, le camere moderne e accoglienti,colazione abbondante e Roberta di una gentilezza unica! Consigliato anche per la vicinanza della circumvesuviana, e a 1 km circa gli scavi di Ercolano!

Ottimo

Sono stato più volte ospite di questa struttura e ci torno sempre con piacere, le camere sono completamente ristrutturate e nuove, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile anche del bagno, io e la mia compagna siamo sempre stati accolti in maniera gentile ed amichevole dalla proprietaria che oltre a spiegarci le regole del B&B ci ha sempre offerto un caffè o un succo. Colazione all'italiana abbondante.
