Simple and clean

Last minute pulled in and asked for a room for the night so we could catch the train to Rome. They were very kind and the room was comfortable and clean. In the morning they had a nice display of pastries, juices and coffee. We would come back here again.

Last minute saviour, but...

Stayed in the hotel as a last minute decision. Was cheap and staff were very helpful. Great if your after a cheap place to stay near Cortona and to just park your bags. However, it is very basic and dated. Depends on what you're after and you get what you pay for.

Business travel

I used this hotel for 5 nights and i had no regret about my choice. It is a cheap, clean and peaceful hotel, near from Cortona. Also it has a nice dining room with friendly waiters and free breakfast.

La signora della reception molto gentile e pronta a soddisfare tutte le nostre necessità,la camera grande e molto calda,la tv grande.quello che ci e piaciuto di più e la pulizia delle camere che non è scontata,siamo trovati benissimo,da ritornare.

L'hotel è mediocre, ma pulito, pessima è l'accoglienza, noi avevamo prenotato due triple al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato due matrimoniali, la signora della reception con fare arrogante ci ha detto che noi avevamo sbagliato, ci siamo accontentati prendendo e pagano una terza doppia a prezzo pieno, costringendomi a dormire in un letto singolo non con la mia famiglia ma con un altra persona che era in vacanza con me. La stanza era senza tv che del resto non funzionava neanche in un altra delle due stanze. Per concludere la signora ha preteso il pagamento all'arrivo, prezzo inadeguato ai servizi.

BUONGIORNO GENTILE SIGNORE,la ringraziamo che ha notato la pulizia delle nostre camere,e molto importante per noi e non e tanto scontato,il cliente ha sempre ragione ma io credo che il rispetto deve essere reciproco,ci dispiace per il malinteso e chiediamo scusa anche se il problema si e risolta,anche se l albergo era pieno.lei comunque ha pagato il prezzo di 3 camere singole ed eravate in 6 e non prezzo pieno come ha specificato,chiediamo scusa anche se riascoltando la chiamata mi sono reso conto che lei aveva chiesto 2 camere matrimoniali(non piu di due persone),per 3 persone sono triple.il nostro personale e molto professionale e non si puo parlare di arroganza anche se capisco che e molto difficile gestire la situazione quando 6 persone ti urlano addosso(visto il filmato).distinti saluti GENTILE SIGNORE
