Gradevole sorpresa

Avevamo un evento a Vanzago e abbiamo deciso solo all ultimo momento di fermarci per la notte .. cercando un alloggio in zona ci è capitata questa struttura moderna e funzionale. Camera piano terra spaziosa e pulitissima. Bagno moderno e confortevole. Stanza attrezzata di tutto punto per un abbondante colazione “fai da te” .. possibilità di parcheggio all’interno del giardino .. insieme alla chiave della stanza viene fornito il telecomando per il cancello elettrico. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentilissima. Vicino alla stazione Corvetto e posizione comoda per le fiere

Scarsa attenzione al cliente

Esperienza da non ripetere; stanza mai pulito, cambio biancheria mai fatto in 6 giorni, letto addossato al muro quindi privo di comodino è scomodo da raggiungere, odore sgradevole che fuoriesce dall’areatore del bagno, stanza piccola, solo 2 stampelle a disposizione nell’armadio.
Ho cercato inutilmente il personale sin dal primo giorno per far presente queste mancanze ma l’unico contatto e’ stato per il pagamento del saldo.
Scarso rispetto e considerazione per gli ospiti; la risposta è stata potevi telefonare.
Igiene e pulizia si devono chiedere? Mai più!
