Mini New Year's holiday

I stayed with my family over the New Year period, a residence equipped with every comfort a few steps from Lake Como, a modern, well-finished and comfortable internal structure, complete with kitchen and everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. The owner is very serious as is Mrs. Sonia, both available. I advise

Wonderful stay in the center of Como

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located and sparkling clean apartment. We were warmly welcomed and provided with lots of handy recommendations that made our stay easier. The location can’t be beat but parking can be a bit tricky. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that slept four but in reality the second bedroom was a squeaky pullout sofa bed in the living room. Ok for skids and a short stay however.

Lovely place to stay

We decided to spend a few days in Lake Como area and found this little gem. All the comforts of home and in the centre of Como. The Cathedral was a very short walk, roughly 1-2 minutes around the corner. Our apartment was spacious, newly refurbished and very comfortable. Found it on a search for a last minute trip as we'd been staying in Milan. We travelled by train and with our luggage took about 7 minutes to walk at a leisurely pace. It had plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, but if you want to cater for yourself or just make breakfast there is a modern kitchen, dining area and pleasant lounge if you want to chill with a drink of wine before your night out. We would stay again, but as this was our third visit to the area. Last occasions we had our car with us, and travelled extensively around the lake. We highly recommend this location and this modern apartment.

Lake Como visit

We booked a one bedroom apartment. The hotel is located is a pedestrian only side street, unloading luggage is a bit tricky if arriving in the middle of the day. In the end we parked our car at the recommended Graziano garage three blocks away, very nice owners, and we walked to garage with luggage when we left, easier than driving to apartment. The apt. has modern furniture, high ceilings, good air conditioning, 2 small balconies. The location is great, in the middle of the old city, lots of restaurants and stores, close to cathedral and lake.

Excellent apartment in super location

We chose it because of price, lift and central location. Spacious with 2 small balconies and good kitchen amenities. Bed was quite large and our apartment No 21 opened onto a narrow lane. We knew there would be no lake view. The building was converted to apartments 3 years ago so everything looks new. We were very tired so took a taxi from S Giovanni station (E12.90) but bus C70 runs every 10-15 mins to P Cavour which is less than a 5min walk to the building. It would be a brisk 10 min walk to the station without any luggage. The office provides parking suggestions if you come by car. Towels were changed every 3 days and sheets after 5. We stayed 9 days and loved it.
