The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooftop pool was a lovely spot to relax, and although not right in the centre still an easy walk to the lake.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and open until 10.30 which is good if you need a lie in. The pool on the roof was cold so we didnt stay long and the bar menu was limited but we enjoyed lounging up on the roof terrace

Lovely hotel, minutes walk from lake. Very friendly and helpful staff and great rooms.

Bad

Not great experience. Won’t go there ever again Hotel stuck in the middle of buildings with no views anywhere, too far from the lake for holidays. Just fine for business stays. Very very expensive for what they offer. Was all morning listening to construction workers. A lot of better options before you go choosing this one.

Horrendous

Please do not stay at this hotel. We booked this as our holiday for the year . We ended up at a building site with Jack hammers and constant noise outside our room. We were not advised of this and this nonsense to hide behind , we are not obliged to advise you on this is a cop out. The staff are functional but do not know how customer service should be run. Welcome was poor and as for parking , it’s a joke . Go and park across the street and pay for it we were told. The room was basic and clean but had several broken parts in the room. The location of the hotel for any holiday makers is in a terrible location . In fact I would not feel safe in this area . It’s atleast 30 minute walk to the tourist area and not a nice walk. Very heavy traffic and dangerous with a lot of scooters and motor bikes .
The hotel is marked 4 star but unfortunately we’ll have to send someone to re rate this hotel as it falls well short of 3 star. The breakfast was ok and the staff there seemed to be fine but it’s self service so no complaints there . Unfortunately it was an awful experience and we decided we had to leave after one day. The hotel refused to give any refund for the next 4 days . However when I enquired the following day they said they were booked out and had no availability , hence they had sold the room again. There is also no dining facilities in the evening and in the room they use paper cups and a poor supply of tea/coffee and no milk .
If you need a bed for the night you will probably be ok but do not book your holiday in this hotel, you will regret it. Customers service
