Amazing stay

Breathtaking view

Rooms are quite big , beds are very comfortable and everything is super clean. Great location - only 2 mins walk to Lake and about 15 mins walk along side of Lake to downtown Como

Best Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at

An excellent stay. Velntina at check in, an extremely helpful concierge experience, absolutely spectacular view from the infinity rooftop pool (very good bar service). An especial call out to Vittorio who helped with bags and orientation with the room and hotel - he went above and beyond - and excellent professional.

Great Hotel & Exemplary Staff

Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and everything is super clean. Great location - only 2 mins walk to Lake and about 15 mins walk along side of Lake to downtown Como.
We ate in both Terraza 241 (great views!) and the pop up Italian Social eatery on the groundfloor.. food in both was really high quality and poolside drinks, snacks were great too. Breakfast has wide range of options. The infinity pool is on the roof and is really nice.
The staff make this place though. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt looked after and welcomed. Our daughter was ill during our stay and spent the day in a local hospital.. the front desk team and Chiara and the other concierge staff went well beyond what I expected.. calling me to check on her, asking how she was as I passed by and even sending her a get well card and a gift. Just first class service which my wife and I are very grateful for.
