Huge risk to rent through this site

After being told we had to leave another property, they put us in an apartment that was 650€ less than the one we had to leave. Bedrooms overlooking garbage cans in alleyway, zero staples in the kitchen, no blankets, robes, 2 capsules for coffee only, I could go on. Shocking, on top of refusing at first to refund any difference. Overcharging for cleaning etc. You take a huge risk renting through this company.
