Relaxing vacation.

Excellent experience. Very well-kept hotel in a fantastic location from which you can admire a wonderful view.
Very spacious and spotlessly clean rooms.
Very kind staff.
Chef Fabrizio's cuisine: excellent!
In my opinion, the "direction" in the dining room needs improvement.
A coordination figure above could make the service even better.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful

We stayed for 10 days at the Maison Cly; I would like to thank the entire staff again for the welcome we received.
The room had a beautiful view and was carefully tidied and cleaned every morning; the young ladies we met every morning worked impeccably, excellent cleaning, thank you.
A special thanks goes to the entire restaurant staff, made up of young men and women who are, to say the least, "rare gems."
Polite, helpful, super kind, full of attention, and always ready to accommodate guests' requests. I have never happened to meet professionals with training like theirs. I know it should be the norm, but that is not the case even in a 4-star hotel.
Compliments to the chef and his assistants, very good cuisine.
Thanks again guys for helping to make our stay wonderful.
Chamois is a place that cannot be described, you have to experience it, especially if you love tranquility.
I believe our period was the best; fortunately or unfortunately, it is a town that gets swarmed in August.
We will return.

Expectations were high given the 4 stars, the spa, and the significant cost, but alas, the stay proved to be absolutely inadequate. The staff was certainly willing but not adequate for the number of guests (during the weekend). It's really a shame because the facility is very nice and in a great location.

A beautiful overnight stay in Chamois

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Beautiful location and room. Pleasant Spa, the hotel offers the kit in case of half board, otherwise it costs 5 euros.
The Spa is small but refined and pleasant after the day of skiing.
Dinner (40 euros) with limited menu but good quality dishes, such as service. Excellent breakfast, possible from 7.30 (for those who do not ski in Chamois would be appropriate to have breakfast from 7.00)

2 nights in Chamois

Only hotel in Chamois so not much choice but for €250.- you get a room with no view, a small window, fairly old on the 3rd floor. Dining room was so noisy that impossible to speak. Very small portions and expensive. Service is ok. Cleanliness ok. Location is good as close to the ski slopes. Very small showers where the soap dispenser was broken.
