Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable.

Old hotel They control room AC at front desk So it’s not very cool and it would shut off every morning at 10 You have to go down and ask to have it turned back on No glass in room Asked and got tiny disposable plastic cup Still uses skeleton keys from day it was built So doors not very secure Breakfast included and very limited Does have good view but 400 M up from lake Ate dinner at restaurant Very disappointed in portion size and price Especially with table setting fee That why it’s a one star Wouldn’t return

Friendly staff.
Limited breakfast, but with a decent cappuccino.
Rooms are small, but the air conditioning was very functional and much appreciated with the heat wave.
The bed was OK, with a very hard pillow. The amenities were definitely only one star.
All in all, though, we would stay there again

The best thing about this place is the restaurant, amazing breakfast and nice view. A little hard to find but it was worth it

Gorgeous view from hotel restaurant window over towards Lake Como. Comfortable room and quiet spot. Limited parking outside of hotel but parking garage very close. Downhill walk to the town and lakeside. Excellent food in restaurant and good choice for breakfast. Staff friendly. Excellent value for money.
