Everything you need

Small structure, central but quiet because the rooms overlook an internal courtyard. All small and a bit 'basic, but the perfect service with small amenities such as coffee and the kindness and helpfulness of Valentina made us feel at home. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. After a flight delay, I called ahead to notify the staff, yet they canceled my entire reservation anyway. When I arrived the following morning, they refused to provide a room or even a partial refund. I’ve since discovered that this "no-show" predatory practice is standard for this location. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Bad experience. Too bad.

Neighborhood not recommendable for those who had a car type Panda ... rudeness and rudeness from the "owner", apart from the sincerity of Valentina.shame really.

Fraudsters and Extortionists

Beware of fraudsters and extortionists! I booked and paid for 3 nights through Booking.com and warned (there is correspondence) that I was late and not in time for check-in until 8 p.m. I arrived at 8:50 p.m. but the door was closed. Called the landlord, he said he'd be there in five minutes. About 15 minutes later, Madame arrived and said that if I wanted to check in after the apartment was closed I had to pay 150 euros. Although for 3 nights I paid through Booking -150 euros. I was willing to pay for the later check-in-offered 50 euros, but I was turned down. I've been asked to pay 150 euros or I'm not being moved in. I asked if I had a reservation and if I could check in tomorrow, they told me there was no reservation and deal with Booking, tried calling the landlord, but he didn't answer. I ended up on the street with my mother (78 years old), having to find a place to sleep in an unfamiliar night city. I called customer service, they called them too, and they couldn't reach them. I'm detailing this nightmare to warn against ruined vacations, wasted money and nerves.
Were forced to move into other apartments, and these are strongly discouraged

Scam!!

We had three night reservation pre-paid reservation. Had warn that we were arriving late. At the time of arrival front desk person told us that you arrived late, and need to pay 150 euros for a night despite our reservation. Without solving the issues she locked the door and left leaving us on a street. They are scammers, we still have two nights of stay here that we are not able to use.
