Birthday party

And the first time we, together with my family, spend the well-deserved holidays in Cavalese, on this occasion we had more than one opportunity to try the cuisine of “El Ciasel “, I must say that we found a good Welcoming, good food and great Service.
We came across a young and kind staff, who really pleased us.
I thank all the staff for a great evening.

Overall very good

The location was great, clean and fresh.
Breakfast a bit meager and the selection of buffet was not so great. Breakfast was not filled during breakfast time so if you arrived at 9 so was very exhausted.
We unfortunately lost things in the hotel room that the cities "took care of" and that we will not get back if we ourselves do not pay for the transport of this goods back to us in Sweden.
So be sure they don’t clean up any more than they should – because you’ll have a hard time getting it back
Otherwise, the destination offered good skiing, good weather and good après-ski and nightclub and bathhouse

Very bad

We will never come here again. Booked weeks in advance and agreed on a price via email. We were there for 4 days, including one meal at the hotel. This was very disappointing, we literally had to leave the restaurant at 9 p.m. and could have a drink in the bar, but the staff was very unfriendly. We were not served and had to ask for a drink. So we ate in the center the other evenings. The staff is not very friendly and the breakfast is very poor. The last morning we were told that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't even get an egg for breakfast. At checkout we had to pay €70.00 more than confirmed by email and they were unable to provide any further explanation. Very disappointing!!

Good lunch !

Lunch break during the Val di Fassa - Valgardena journey. Good service. Kindness and availability. Possibility to have lunch outside even with the dog. Good dishes typical of the local cuisine and average price.

Bellissimo! Fantastico.

Bellissimo il locale , cibo e pizza molto buono, camerieri/e molto simpatiche e tempi di attesa molto brevi . Camere molto pulite e ordinate,ambiente caratteristico ,bagni molto belli e puliti, spa molto confortevole zona relax molto bella ben riparato dai rumori della strada, colazione abbondante vi consiglio il tiramisù veramente molto buono.
