An oasis of relaxation and wellness

I spent a truly pleasant stay in this hotel with a spa. The property is very well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The spa is well-organized, relaxing, and perfect for disconnecting from the daily routine.
The staff was always kind, helpful, and professional, making me feel at ease from the very first moment. The room was also comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything necessary.
It was a very positive experience and I will definitely return. I recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a few days of relaxation in an elegant and quiet environment.

In 2026, cleanliness must be the standard.

4-star hotel, but it deserves 2. Stayed one night to go to Leolandia the next day. Room stuck in the 80s and an embarrassing bathroom: shower tray silicone full of mold. In 2026, an hour of maintenance would be enough to fix it. Disappointing breakfast, with a strong smell of eggs in the dining room: the one at a highway rest stop is better. Really far from the standards of a true 4-star hotel.

Avoid this hotel if you are a foreigner

The food at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing them, I was repeatedly told that it was “Italian food” and that the taste was simply how it was meant to be. That felt dismissive rather than helpful.
The manager’s attitude made the experience even worse. He was rude, aggressive, and walked away from me several times while I was trying to ask questions about the menu and understand my options. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, I felt pressured into paying for food that I couldn’t eat. It seemed to me like a racial bias, seeing that I’m a foreigner.
Overall, the customer service at both the restaurant and reception fell well below expectations. Had the service been more professional and accommodating, the experience may have justified the money I spent. Unfortunately, the poor food, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behaviour left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

Little privacy

From a 4-star hotel, one expects very different standards, especially regarding the respect for guests' privacy.
The episode that really left us speechless was the following: while my boyfriend and I were in the room, perfectly awake and lying on the bed, a cleaning lady entered using the electronic key card without knocking or announcing herself. Even more surprising is that she entered through the back door of the room, rather than the main one that leads to the hallway.
We were awake, so if someone had knocked we would have heard it and would have answered. The situation was extremely embarrassing and represented a serious violation of our privacy. Only after seeing us did the maid leave immediately. The even more incomprehensible thing is that the hotel system signaled when a room was occupied, precisely because the key card inserted in the appropriate reader indicated the presence of guests inside. Despite this, the staff entered anyway without any warning. Mistakes can happen, but an episode like this is unacceptable, especially in a 4-star hotel. Respect for privacy should be an absolute priority: before entering an occupied room, it is essential to knock, wait for a response, and enter only after having received the guests' consent.

Disgrace

Staying in a tent is more comfortable, but it's a night in mold, dust, and heat. The concept of breakfast might be limited here, but it's a full-fledged hunger game.
