Great place closeish to the towm, but useless kitchen.

The hotel is great, 15 to 20 mins walk to the town, and they gave us a map in reception. They open late for check in. The carpark is good and secure, the apartments are spacious and clean.
The bed is large, and comfortably firm, there is AC in both the living room and the bedroom.
The shower cubicle is tiny, but functional.
The kitchen would be fine, but for the fact that there is nothing to cook with, you get 2 small dishes for the oven. And that's it, no cooking pans, no frying pans, no oven trays, no spatulas or cooking spoons. Quite useless really.
Having said that, everything else is perfect!

Roomy apartment with secure parking

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. There was a small kitchen and dining area. Modern and comfortable in a suburban area a few kilometres from the old city and port. Secure off-street parking was provided. A lift is available for the upper floors. Wi Fi is available by cable which is provided.
Reception is not manned all the time, so we needed to call the owner first. She was extremely friendly and helpful, but spoke no English. Took payment by credit card.
Supermarket in walking distance and buses to the city. Two blocks from main road and easy to navigate to city and port.
Only drawback was that apartment above ours was rented to a group of loud unpleasant football fans who stayed up all night and dumped pasta and sauce onto our car from the balcony. The staff cheerfully washed it all off, including the engine area.

Accogliente e pulito

Appartamento spazioso, ottima pulizia e parcheggio interno gratuito. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non dò il massimo solo perché l’angolo cottura con solo due fornelli a induzione, forse risulta un po’ limitante. Però ci tornerei di sicuro.

Tre stelle piene

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo residence. Devo dire che sulla pulizia sono impeccabili e gli appartamenti sono davvero grandi... Zona non bellissima ma a due passi ci sono pizzerie, ristoranti e supermercati. Ottimo per una soluzione alternativa al solito hotel. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto.

Pulizia eccellente

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso questa struttura consigliataci dalla agenzia di viaggi e ci siamo trovate benissimo! Appartamento molto spazioso, pulizia impeccabile quotidiana, cucina ben accessoriata.
L'appartamento è situato in una zona traquilla ma a 5 minuti di macchia dal centro di Cagliari. La struttura è dotata anche di parcheggio auto gratuito per gli ospiti
