Very good

A welcoming property, with a first-class host. Clean, with an oasis of peace in the garden. Rooms with everything you could want, plus valuable advice on sightseeing, beaches, traditions, dining and everything that makes Cabras a magical place.
For me the only pity is that it is too far away to go there more often.

Honestly, we really don’t understand why this accommodation has such good reviews. That’s exactly why we booked it – and we were very disappointed. The reviews definitely did not match what we experienced on site.
We were welcomed very unfriendly by the owner. She was on the phone and just casually said, “This is your room,” and then walked away.
She was talking loudly on the phone the whole time, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable – almost as if we were in someone else’s private home.
We had a few questions, but the owner was constantly on the phone and hardly approachable.
There was almost no toilet paper left in the bathroom, and the level of hygiene did not meet our expectations, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen.
The kitchen is very small and feels more like a storage room, equipped with a simple electric stove.
The garden with artificial grass behind the house felt more like a prison yard, with one or two chairs.
Overall, the place did not feel like somewhere you can relax and feel comfortable.
We were told in advance that we could do our laundry, but on site we suddenly had to pay extra for it.
There was no parking available. We had to park somewhere along the street.
The area also feels very deserted.
We definitely would not recommend this accommodation. Please also pay attention to the negative reviews – they closely reflect what we experienced.
The owner took our money without providing an appropriate level of service. We find this very inappropriate and hope that Booking.com will take action.

Nice double beds and very modern updated bathroom. Nice to also have a refrigerator but wasn’t turned on when we arrived.
Breakfast just ok.
Host was very nice. Spoke only a little English, but we got by.
Mosquitos this time of year in Cabras are definitely an issue. Be warned / prepared !

Very nice, good breakfast, helpful, very clean.
Own refrigerator in the room. God beds. We could use the garden and the living room.

Relaxation, care and hospitality

We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness by Mrs. Vincenza and spent three days in absolute peace and relaxation.
Family hospitality and at the same time well cared for, in an intimate place, which made us feel at ease.
Highly recommended.
