A panoramic view
We spent 3 nights at the Top
A Magnificent View
The accommodation was very good and clean, a relaxing jacuzzi after a good hike
An equipped kitchen (fridge/trash cans/plates/glasses/wine glasses/dessert plates, coffee cups/bowl/water jugs/pot holders/board/salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/paper towels, etc.)
A beautiful terrace after table + 2 chairs and deckchairs and a barbecue (small negative point the "fake grass" floor is not great when it rains because the water does not drain at all)
But we enjoyed our stay with you

NEVER AGAIN!
The chalet itself had great potential because the structure is really beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible in every way.
The chalet was completely infested with ants: we found them everywhere, on the bed, in the kitchen, in the hot tub, on the walls, and there were even actual ant hills in some places. An absolutely unacceptable situation for a property that hosts people. We tried both during the night and the cleaning ladies the following morning to spray insecticides, but with no concrete results. In fact, the sprays caused respiratory issues for our dog.
Moreover, the refrigerator clearly had some problems: within less than 24 hours, we found all our groceries completely frozen and therefore to be thrown away. Considering that the chalet is completely isolated and out of the way, we had done the shopping specifically to avoid continuous trips back and forth.
The worst part, however, was undoubtedly the management of the situation by the property: outrageous communication, rudeness, and total indifference. The only kind and helpful people were the cleaning ladies, who obviously could not resolve such a serious problem. For the lost groceries, we were told that no financial reimbursement was planned. In compensation, we were initially offered "a bottle of wine" (too bad we do not drink wine) or chips, crackers, and breadsticks "to be able to eat." A proposal that was honestly surreal given the situation.
As the icing on the cake, while I was trying to find a solution to all these inconveniences, the gentleman I was speaking with on the phone (I believe his name was Marco) even told me that he would leave a negative review for us guests… without us still understanding the reason today.
I sincerely hope that they carry out a serious pest control soon and fix the problems of the structure, because in the current conditions it is impossible to stay there peacefully.

Be careful ripping off!
Hello, I can not recommend this accommodation!
I came with my wife from Hamburg, Germany and wanted to spend nice nights there. End of story was that we were told the last 500m it goes with a shuttle to the apartment unless you have an SUV. When we arrived in the rain in the evening a non-English speaking lady wanted to take us up the last 500m. it was more than 1 kilometer in the end and it ended with a trail that was freshly cemented. The lady said we can walk along with our luggage at the edge of the cemented way ( see photos ) without security or a fence at the edge. That's when I stopped the whole action and said that I'm not going to do it from here and I'm not putting my wife's life at risk that she can't walk well. It was apologized on the spot and also photos were taken. I was told by Clara on the phone that they didn't know about it and they're sorry, she's making sure we get our money back.
Now after 5 emails and calling back and forth she said that we would not get our money back because we could have come to the accommodation and did not want it and that we would not get anything back. I learn from this that next time I book through AirBnB or Booking.com so that I get my money back through it and not get screwed and deducted...

Dream weekend
Perfect place for a romantic weekend. Clean and modern room with private Jacuzzi equipped with every option, with breathtaking views of the valley. Well-stocked kitchenette and terrace with barbecue. Very helpful and kind staff.
The location is a little inconvenient but it is absolutely worth it.
