Wonderful experience

We booked this hotel for the Olympics. It ended up being a great decision. It is only a few minutes walk from the station so it was really easy to commute into Milan on the double decker trains which were spacious & clean.
The town has plenty of shops and places to eat and a fabulous church.
Barbara at the hotel could not have been nicer and looked after us so well! The room was large and immaculate. There was air conditioning and ability to open the windows. There was a lovely cafe/bar area serving breakfast which was also popular with locals during the day.

The hotel is not recommended for tourists.
The hotel design was very cool, but the hotel lacks basic amenities.
The bed was very hard, and only 2 pillows
The staff did not provide the amount of water promised in the kitchen, so we had to buy our own.
There was a kitchen, but no coffee maker, dishes, nor even cutlery. Just 2 glasses.
Hot showers were also an issue. We totally ran out of hot water on the first morning, despite being fairly conservative. After that, we took minimalist showers
The front desk manager was very stressed and it was a struggle to get a functional key remade. Her solutions were not workable for us, and it was difficult yo get her to adapt. We finally left to buy water while she did what she needed to do and then could make us a working key.
The restaurant staff were
wonderful and accommodating. She even made us coffee early, because we has to leave for the airport. She gave us spoons for the yogurt we had to buy.
The location is very good, and the reason we chose this hotel. But, for the €, we did not get much

The staff at Hotel Bula were friendly and courteous! The hotel is in a fantastic location and was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very easy and quick access to Milan centre.

Afternoon aperitif for a birthday party

Restaurant: we stayed for an aperitif at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed it very much, served us a very varied and tasty cutting board for 4 people and 1 small saucer of zucchini for a little girl,
Great max that served and entertained us!
