Good for short-term vacation
The room was spacious, and each piece of furniture seemed a kind of shabby chic, yet very functional at the same time (e.g. the desk was wide, and sturdy enough for writing; Coat hanger, bed, and bathroom all look beautiful, but it never seemed to sacrifice its basic functionality)
I found the check-in process was a bit confusing, though. I provided the estimated time beforehand, and I had assumed that someone would show up at least at the very first time of check-in. When I arrived, the entrance was locked by an electronic key (which could be operated by smartphone) so I waited until some other guests showed up. Then I managed to enter inside the building and reached the reception, again I found no one there. In 15-20 minutes, a young lady showed up and asked if I was a new guest. After talking, I found she was polite and explained everything I need to know about how to use the facility, When I asked if she was the person who I contacted in the message when I booked, she said no, and the next day I popped my head in the reception, another man said come in, and I found that I needed to make another payment of city tax (What would they do if I did not show up this day, then?). I personally felt this could have been done better with a bit of prior notice of what is needed in each timing and what is yet to come. Except for that, I found the place was cozy and very charming.

Great experience in the heart of Bergamo
In the morning pleasant surprise the very rich breakfast with so much variety 'of desserts.
we had a really good time, we will definitely come back for more visits to the city '
