Lovey Central Location

We stayed here for three nights, location perfect for bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Beautiful room with everything you need and the minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks each day and breakfast room has a lovely selection each morning 08.00-09.30.
Elina was there when we arrived and assured us that anything we needed was just a phone call away. Just make sure you keep her up to date with your expected arrival time so she can be there for you.
Would recommend the La Scagna and Casa Ernesto for some traditional Bergamo cuisine and both within 3 minutes walk. Meals for two which included starters and wine were no more than €70 each night. The Frigidarium just again a few minutes walk has the best ice especially Bergamo’s own stracciatella.
Wood bar was great for a night cap, margaritas

Very good location to move easily around the city and in a square with all the services. Spacious room and good breakfast.

Incidents with solution but annoying

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, well they are independent rooms, does not have the services of a hotel.
At reception there are no people to attend you. We have had several incidents, on the first day the air conditioning was turned on at 0:00h and could not be turned off making a terrible noise. We had to call the contact person, who came to turn it off.
The next day we had not been cleaned the room, we had to contact the contact person again and he told us dnd we could get towels, toilet paper...
Another day we arrived at the hotel and they had changed the cylinder from one of the doors and we could not open.
Everything was fixed but it's annoying to be reporting incidents every day.
In addition, we were also not compensated for all the inconvenience and the people who attended very dry.
The location is great and clean, just fine.

Great in the center of Bergamo

Great room. Friendly and welcoming staff, help you with the pass to the Ztl area, great tourist information. Central room good breakfast. Very particular room, classic style with four poster bed. Coffee maker and minibar included.Recommended

Lovely stay in bergamo

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. The hotel/B&B has 4 apartments. Ours had two rooms & bathroom.
Spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable.
Bergamo is a beautiful place and staying here made it even better!
The instructions from the reception(Maria) for getting there from airport was great. It’s in a lovely area, lovely square with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Maria was kind and informative about places to eat.
Take the funicular up to Cita Alta & walk through to the other funicular up to the fort.
Definitely recommend this place
