I feel at home

Great welcome, clean room, well furnished and well heated, clean and equipped bathroom, WiFi with excellent signal. Strategic location being 10 minutes from Lake Garda and Brescia.
Professional staff and always available.
I've been staying there for years now and I'm fine it's a family environment. The restaurant has also recently reopened under new management.
Council, great value for money.❤️

Fantastic welcome

An unforgettable stay! The kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Roberta made our stay perfect. We entrusted to the facility our children, golf enthusiasts, and were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention they received. The oasis of peace, a few steps from Brescia and Arzaga Golf Club, is the ideal place to relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and the flexible schedule allowed us to better organize our days. Weekend of serenity, family atmosphere, kindness of the owners, abundant breakfast

Peaceful stay. Kindness and relaxation. We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Quiet place managed in a family way but with delicacy and kindness. You sleep very well, the environment is very relaxing, we will return if we are in the area

We stayed one night, very nice and welcoming room with exposed beams and beautiful paintings on the walls. The very kind Mrs. Roberta satisfied our every request. Location with great attention to detail
The varied and abundant breakfast satisfied our palates. We will be back.

In the middle of nowhere

First hotel of our arrival to italy .
It was late, it was dark and we where hungry.
Everything was closed already. No drinks No food was offered.
Felt like horror movie. Balcony door didn't close properly. Couldn't sleep all night. Was so scared
Pillows had hair on it
