Mala experiencia con dueńa de hotel.

Be careful when booking this accommodation!!! The mistress used the short visit of our friends solely for the purpose of inspecting the apartment as a reason to demand 280 euros in cash, arguing that even for 5 minutes friends are not allowed to enter the apartment! After we refused to pay, the landlady blocked the doorway, preventing us from leaving, accused us of fraud and demanded money! To resolve the conflict, the State Police had to be called! The police found no wrongdoing on our part and let us go back to the apartment for the night. However, at 7 a.m., the owner entered the apartment again, woke us up and demanded to check out immediately more than two hours before the official check-out time (10 a.m.). The mistress made false claims, allegedly 8 people slept over, although in fact there were 2 adults and 1 underage child in the apartment! Our friends didn't use the apartment or stay the night. The presence of security cameras over the front door of the apartment confirms that! However, the landlady concealed the footage and was extremely bossy, aggressive, trying to get the cash paid by pressure and intimidation!
This treatment of guests is unacceptable!

Separately, we wish to mention the settlement process. Our check-in was scheduled for 21:00-22:00 and the hostess was notified in advance. Upon arrival, we called her repeatedly, but she did not answer for a long time. After a while, she did come out and let us in. When all four guests entered the apartment and began to inspect it, we immediately discovered numerous flaws and realized:
The apartment did not conform to the stated description: there was a strong stale smell of old furniture, furniture and beds were in poor condition, necessary bedding and toiletries were lacking
Beds with rusty iron
Thin sheets,old,dark color,not all were towels per person.
. The mattresses were extremely rigid! At the time of occupancy, it was impossible to know whether bed linen had been provided at all. We had to pick up the mattresses ourselves and look for bed linens to make sure they were even provided.
We are extremely disappointed with this placement((
Even more disappointing was the behaviour of the hostess, who, instead of solving problems, was disrespectful, aggressive and unwilling to fulfil her duties. Instead of listening calmly to us and trying to solve the problems that had arisen, from the beginning she spoke in a rude and aggressive manner, raising her voice, interrupting, preventing her from explaining the situation and answering her questions.

This was the worst experience we have ever had while staying in this apartment

The apartment completely failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Instead of a modern and cozy apartment, we received an old, poorly maintained one with worn furniture in need of replacement. The advertised three bedrooms actually had three, but the living room mentioned in the description was completely absent. The beds were very small and old, with rusty metal fittings. The closets had an unpleasant musty odor, making them unusable; some didn't even open. The bed linens didn't meet even the most basic standards of comfort and appeared to have not been changed in a long time. The towels were unkempt, unhygienic, and stale. Worst of all was the hostess's behavior. Any attempt to calmly discuss the issues we encountered was met with rudeness, shouting, and excessive aggression. Even one night in this apartment was a real ordeal, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.
