This is not a hotel

We had to make a change in our travel plans and needed to overnight in Bari. Since this place shows it is close to a beach, and had two rooms we booked it last minute (almost all hotels were full or had only 1 room available). We reserved it at noon and stated we would be there about 5 pm. We arrived at 5 and a young girl came down to the gate. We told her we had reservations, she went back up the stairs and a man came down and let us in. He told us we could leave our bags on the porch but our rooms wouldn't be ready for an hour. We went out to walk around. This is not an area of the beach (or oceanfront) to enjoy walking around. It is something like a coast guard station and some other stuff blocking the ocean. We walked further down where you are oceanfront but it still is not a beach and there are 3 restaurants. We went back and still had a wait a few minutes and were given 2 rooms which appear to be inside their house but separated by a hallway, maybe?? The rooms were small but clean. It was hard to lock and unlock the doors. We could hear the family talking late into the night. The air conditioner above the bed leaked all over the pillows and bed - so that woke us up in the middle of the night and we just had to turn it off and scoot to the edges of the bed. The bottom sheet had two tears in it. The next morning we heard the family get up, have conversions and all leave. We got our stuff and went out to flag down a cab to get out of there. This should not be advertised as a hotel It should say private bedrooms in someone's house. Probably bedrooms they normally sleep in.

Terrible experience!

Although I announced the exact time of arrival I waited two hours before the receptionist came. It's not all, at 11 pm I had to move to another room which could not be locked. I highly recommend avoid this place!

Si presenta come persona gentile, purtroppo però la realtà è diversa

la camera aveva il sifone del lavandino che perdeva acqua e la chiave che non funzionava, mi ha spostato e nella seconda camera c'era odore di fogna perché lo scarico del lavandino era diretto al tubo quindi senza sifone, il letto cigolava al minimo movimento ,l'igiene non brilla ,tutto da imbiancare..Mi aveva informato erroneamente dicendo che tutti i bus andavano in centro mentre invece è solo il 27 ogni 30' , infatti alla sera dopo ore di vagare con i bus ho dovuto chiamare il gestore e ho atteso a lungo, finalmente dopo 3 ore, sfinita, siamo arrivati al b&b. Mi dispiace dirlo, la persona è gentile purtroppo inadatta a questo lavoro, questa villetta, esternamente bella, all'interno è un caos di disordine.andrebbe buttato tutto meno tre mobili antichi in mezzo al caos. Pagamento cash senza ricevuta. Mi chiedo come il gestore abbia avuto l'autorizzazione per un b&b..!

Terrificante

Abbiamo prenotato io e la mia ragazza per un concerto a Bari e pultroppo abbiamo passato una terribile esperienza in questo beb.
-lavandino che perdeva da ogni tubo
-lenzuala gialle
-doccia rotta
-telecomando non funzionante
-mura con zanzare spiaccicare
-letto scomodo e rumoroso
-polvere a quantità industriale
-personale per niente preparato e del tutto scostumato.
Il tutto a 100 euro senza colazione.
Non andate nemmeno per sbaglio in questa orrenda struttura.

Esperienza tremenda

Al telefono aveva pattuito il prezzo di 40 € a notte, arrivo al pagamento e mi dice che sono 70€ scontato a 60€ come se mi volesse fare un favore. Sul sito c’è scritto b&b ma la colazione non è inclusa... al pagamento ha voluto i contanti e non voleva farmi la ricevuta. Esperienza da non ripetere, sconsigliatissimo.
