Comfortable, clean hotel, excellent breakfast
Hotel near Milan, convenient for concerts, trade fairs, and events. An excellent, varied breakfast and very helpful staff. Large, clean rooms, good amenity kit, air conditioning perhaps a bit too high.
A round of applause for the waitress on duty at breakfast on August 14th.
Very useful underground parking. I would add signs for accessing the hotel from the road.

Excellent
I stayed at the Phi Hotel for two days and was very satisfied with the kindness of the staff. Everything is clean and tidy, the breakfast is truly excellent, the convenience of the parking under the hotel and its location is perfect.

More empathy
We stayed for two nights for a concert at San Siro. The hotel is in an excellent location, easily accessible by car, and very convenient for those who need to go to the stadium.
The room was beautiful, clean, and modern, the environment was quiet, and the breakfast was hearty and good. In this respect, we were fully satisfied.
The only negative note concerns the time of departure. We had a problem with the car and asked for the possibility of having a late check-out. Since I also work at the reception of a hotel in the same category, I know well that it is not always possible to grant it and I perfectly understand the organizational needs of the property.
What left us perplexed, however, was the lack of willingness shown. After explaining our situation and the fact that we were not from Milan, we were not offered any support. Luckily there was a mechanic next to the hotel and we solved it on our own, but even just a small gesture of courtesy or the attempt to put us in contact with him would have been very appreciated.
To our request to keep the room for just 30 minutes longer, we were told that that was the maximum possible, with an attitude that we perceived as rather cold and unwelcoming.
Overall the stay was positive, but hospitality is also measured in small gestures, especially when a guest is in difficulty. It is a shame, because with a little more empathy our experience would have been much better.

Nice break during our transit to the south.
Great hotel for our transit close to the Milan ring road. Friendly staff, great breakfast, safe parking. Moreover, you are within 20 minutes in the center of Milan.
