This place was one of the highlights of our European vacation! Amazing Italian charm, beyond helpful and friendly owner, and little extras that made our stay very, very special. I highly recommend.

Very nice little house right on the main street leading to the main attraction. Just fine for a short stay. It was very clean and the owner was helpful. Overall pleased with the property

Simple and welcoming

We spent a night here. The owner was very kind, both by phone, and in person. We were in the poppy room, it was not huge but we had a great time ( 2 adults + 2 children). The lady left everything ready for breakfast, with opportunities to take from the fridge yogurt, water, juices: there was choice for everyone. Coffee from the machine or mocha, at the customer's choice.
Simple and welcoming place.
There is no elevator, our room had bidet.
The car can be brought in front of the entrance for loading and unloading luggage. Convenient to visit Civita, we did the round trip by bus and back on foot.

I stayed for a whole week. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in provided on a self service base (mostly carbs and dairy), but there's a fridge should you want to have you own stuff (I had clearly labelled plastic boxes). Super clean. Room tidied every day. Free parking very close. I would use the place again.

Very nice rooms, we were in the papavero room, our friends in the sunflower one, clean, very hospitable host, plentiful breakfast, we will definitely return, close to Civita and convenient to pizzerias and bars, too bad that when we went they were all closed for shift
