NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE: Deceptive description and total chaos
I highly recommend this property to anyone who does not want to waste money and health. It was a bad experience from every point of view, marked by a lack of transparency and unreasonable environmental conditions.
❌ Misleading description and irregularities in payments
The listing on Booking clearly states "Cash only", but the host arrogantly demanded a bank transfer within 5 hours of booking, violating the contractual conditions and creating unnecessary stress. As if that wasn't enough, free parking is promised that in reality is simply "the sidewalk", too bad that the host "forgets" to mention that the structure is in full ZTL.
❌ Shabby room and non-existent soundproofing
Don't call it a hotel or B&B: it's clearly a former office or doctor's office adapted to the least worst. The environment is shabby and lacking minimum reception standards. Despite the boasting description "silence between 00:00 and 08:00", the mezzanine room overlooks noisy bars.
00:30 - 03:30: It seemed to have the street crowd inside the room. The fixtures are totally useless.
06:00: The roar of the glass collection right under the window.
Result? Zero rest.

It is paradoxical that silence is asked of guests when the structure itself is situated in a context that makes it a mirage. I have documented everything (audio recordings of the chaos and written communications) and will formally report the property to Booking.com for discrepancies in payments and totally false description.
If you are looking for a place to sleep, look elsewhere. Stay away from it.
