This hotel is presented as a smart hotel but it is not. There is nobody at the hotel to provide support if any help is needed. Our AC did stop working one night and we tried to contact the hotel support via WhatsApp, no answer, we called the local number and they did not provide any solution, we have to stay one night without AC in the room on the middle of the summer, it was a terrible experience, the part that was frustrating was the lack of accountability from the person that answer the phone, she was just saying that electric system shows to be ok and there was no issues with the AC. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

2 days in Assisi

Small family hotel in the heart of Assisi, a 3-minute walk from Basilica and Convent of St. Francis.
Small room but very clean and practical.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast of good quality and in sufficient quantity.

Super location and how cleanliness and breakfast

I stayed with my family ( 5 people ) in this small hotel for Easter and we had a great time. It is located a few steps from the Basilica of San Francesco, very clean and with a good breakfast. To complete our positive experience was certainly the sympathy, seriousness and professionalism of Mrs. Marta who pampered us throughout our stay. We hope to be able to return sl soon.

Never again

I just got here, and if it weren't for one night, I'd be running right away! Rooms / tiny hovel (I happened to the attic) , no elevator with a considerable number of stairs, both internal and external (and disabled?)
It looks like a ghost place! No one at check in (an envelope contained key and city map) so if I was a delinquent, I could easily enter, without showing any ID!
Looking at the small sad room, I imagine breakfast, with the trays that tomorrow morning will contain I do not know that covered with towels...
I'll make a van to the next bar I find.
Very high price (percolation place)
Never again.
