Great apartment

We booked two apartments in August, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor (there are three apartments, one on each floor). The owner also lives in the same building. The apartments are managed by the wife and daughter, which are very helpfull and friendly. The apartments are new, very clean and have one bedroom (apartment on the ground and second floor). The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a bathroom and a washing machine. A breakfast is provided each day in the apartemtn. The location is a nearby Assisi and other polular places in Umbrie. Great value for your money. A small detail may be the final touch. For instance, not every apartment has a broom, a drying rack or coffee machine, the kitchen exhaust is not connected and the shower doors are very weak. If these small issues were solved it's certainly a worth 10 out of 10. The apartment has Wifi, but only in the bedroom.

appartamento abbastanza spazioso con cucina attrezzata due stanze da letto anche se una un po piccola, in posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Assisi e dintorni. In inverno presumo sia piu accogliente che in estate perchè provvisto di termosifoni, invece manca di aria condizionata e per giunta manca anche di zanzariere alle finestre. Quindi nelle giornate calde ( e ci sono) se si aprono le imposte ti tocca convivere con le zanzare e con i rumori della strada adiacente alla struttura. Basterebbe uno split e i viaggiatori estivi che usano questa struttura avrebbero un confort sicuramente maggiore.

Abbiamo pernottato per 1 notte. Discreta la sistemazione offerta dalla proprietà, locali discretamente arredati e accessoriati, da migliorare la pulizia complessiva degli ambienti locati. Al risveglio abbiamo trovato della paste fresca per allietare ed addolcire il risveglio e la giornata. Persona disponibile. Tre stelle piene tendenti alla quarta.

Consigliatissimo

Sono stata presso questo appartamento in ottobre 2015: pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità sono le parole chiave per descrivere tale esperienza. La posizione è in una zona tranquillissima ai piedi del Monte Subasio.
Assolutamente consigliato.
