EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I must say that I highly recommend it; excellent cleanliness of the room the courtesy set is well stocked; very spacious room; spacious and clean bathroom. The receptionists are very kind and professional.
The breakfast room is very large and there were various types of savoury and sweet. All good and of excellent quality.
If it happens again I will stay
new to this hotel.

You will boil in your room

In the middle of a heatwave. ACs are a necessity. When I try actually put the AC into cold the whole thing turns off with none of the other options producing cold air. Somehow they "don't work" so you are basically left to rot in the room you are in. To my knowledge nobody from our tour has an AC which demonstrates poor planning ahead of a scorching heatwave like this one.

Not satisfied at all its not a 4 star definitely and needs up grading Asp

The hotel i would never give it a 4 star the A/C doesn't work and I couldn't sleep at night
Room needs updating asp bathroom the bath looks very dirty
Breakfast good but evening meals are not so good
What i was really upset about was when I complained I was told that I was the first one
But on the positive side the staff are great and friendly and the room was kept clean

Great experience.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with half board, in a triple room on the 4th floor, which was very well soundproofed and had air conditioning. Spacious and renovated room with seemingly new furnishings; excellent sleep quality and great cleanliness. The bathroom, however, has not been renovated and has some flaws, such as the absence of a window (although the odor extraction is excellent), the door closure is not quite impeccable, as well as the toilet that refills a bit slowly or the shower arm that does not stay in position. The restaurant service we tried for the two dinners was excellent, with very good and varied food and a large comfortable dining room; drinks like water and wine were reasonably priced. Breakfast was also very varied and well-stocked, both sweet and savory. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the service for blue parking passes in the area is excellent. The hotel is recommended because, in addition to what has been said, it is located in the center, just steps from the lakeside and convenient for all excursions within walking distance.

To flee

Frankly, I don't understand the positive reviews I read here: we clearly must not have stayed in the same hotel! I paid extra for a single room and I find myself in a squalid cagibi. The room was dirty as soon as I arrived, with mold, leaking toilets and others completely broken. Nothing is maintained, everything is obsolete. And to top it all off: at breakfast, in Italy, we dare to serve coffee... soluble! A disgrace for a four-star establishment, which doesn’t even deserve two.
